Purchase of Tickets Online

Tickets can only be purchased through this web site by using a credit card. Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering. Ticket prices are inclusive of GST.

All credit card purchases are made through the ANZ secure payment facility. The service uses a 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)protocol that was developed to protect confidential information such as credit card numbers and other financial data from interception and hacking. In the unlikely event that you believe any unauthorised use of your credit card has occurred, please immediately notify us by email and contact your bank through your usual communication method.

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased on-line for any reason, Sunshine Coast FC is happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit, providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and unopened. The customer will pay all freight charges.

 

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund and exchange. Please see instructions below for Defective Items.

Defective items must be returned to sunshinecoastfc.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
